Another fairly safe area involves oil and refining stocks. These are only short
term investments, though. For example, you could buy the United States Oil
Fund ETF (USO) whenever it dips, and you could sell it when it advances five
of six dollars. Conoco Phillips (COP) is a buy at 83 or lower, and you could sell
it when it gets close to 95 dollars per share.
