many other diseases. He gives herbal and vitamin solutions to solve each of
these problems.
The second part of the book involves patient experiences, what disease they
had, and what natural substances took care of the problem. He also talks
about various alternative healing areas such as acupuncture, aromatherapy,
chelation, enzyme therapy, herb treatments, homeopathy, colon cleansing,
massage therapy, reflexology, and other natural cures.
For example, for colds and flu, Gary has several good recommendations.
They are astragalus, echinacea, goldenseal, ginger, green tea, Vitamin C,
and evening primrose oil. He also gives some homeopathic substances to
take. So, the book is very helpful, and it is well-organized so that you can
quickly find information on a certain condition in a couple of minutes.
